1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. The sanitizer buckets are not full of sanitizer, and the sanitizer dispensers are not working. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's mandate that all employees exposed to COVID-19 must quarantine for fourteen days. An employee in the pool area tested positive for COVID-19 and has continued working while showing symptoms. There are concerns that there is COVID-19 in the pool water. 3. The music is too loud in bars, the pool areas, and restaurants. Employees cannot hear customers while performing tasks. 4. There is mold that is building up under the laminate in the pool bars.
