1. It is alleged that that on August 21, 2020 an employee of the Piedmont Family YMCA Intergenerational Learning Center tested positive for the CoVid-19 virus and that both Directors of this facility were ordered by the Virginia Department of Health to self quarantine for two (2) weeks, due to being exposed in a confined area for longer that fifteen minute to the positive tested CoVid-19 employee. On August 26, 2020 at approximately 11:00 am one of the exposed directors, who was supposed to be in quarantine was at the facility conducting business in the front lobby, where teachers and children enter an exit the facility.
