1) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. The employer allows employees to work after closing inside the facility without wearing a face covering. 2) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for employees who have had close contact (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or longer) with an individual who tested positive for COVID-19. The employer is not informing employees that have been in close contact with another employee that has tested positive for COVID-19. 3) The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to following CDC guidelines for sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. The employer is not ensuring that patron shopping baskets and carts be sanitized between patron use and employee cash register terminals between employee use.
