1. Employees are being exposed to respiratory hazards associated with cremation processes. It was reported that employees are exposed to potentially hazardous levels of smoke and fumes from the cremation process in an unventilated area. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.1000 and Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act. 2. Employees are exposed to health hazards associated with heat and are having heat stress issues. Contrary to Section 5(a)(1) of the OSH Act of 1970. 3. Employees are exposed to possible COVID-19 infection due to employees showing symptoms, having a confirmed positive test, and/or coming into work anyway, contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, general duty clause 5(a)(1).Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 3
