1. Lines are wiped down at the start of each shift with pure alcohol with only a two-ply mask while breathing the fumes. 2. The turnover rate and absence times have severely increased due to improper ventilation as well as alcohol abuse. 3. Employee knows of at least four employees who left within the last six months with extreme medical conditions from severe anxiety, eating disorders, infertility; basically, the extreme side effects of every drug we make. 4. Corrugated dust and drug particles on all surfaces. 5. Improper drinking facilities; salt and mineral buildup on water fountains and drinking fountains. 6. Ear piercing noise from chains bouncing against plastic. 7. Motion sickness from dropping product into moving cartons. 8. Lightheadedness from staring at machine while dumping tablets in containers. 9. Drug and dust particulates getting blown with an unclean air hose contaminating the air and machines around it. 10.
