On or around July 13, 2021, a doctor came into the clinic to report to work; however, was experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. The doctor was placed into a patient room and was given a COVID-19 rapid Antigen test. The administrative nurse and direct supervisor told the doctor to work at the clinic and see patients until the replacement physician arrived, regardless of the fact that the doctor was symptomatic and awaiting COVID-19 test results. On or about July 28, 2021, after expressing concern over these actions, the doctor was fired.
