1. Masks only required to be worn periodically throughout COVID-19 pandemic. 2. Mask were not required at the facility from: September 29, 2020 through November 15, 2020 and February 12, 2021 through March 28, 2021. 3. Masks were required following a COVID-19 outbreak on March 29, 2021. Which resulted in the company temporarily shutting down operations on April 5, 2021 due to 10-15 employees testing positive for COVID-19. Operations resumed on April 11, 2021 with masks still required. 4. Masks were made optional on May 4, 2021. 5. All of Pangea Reptile's 35 employees at both the Pentatech Dr. and Chicago Dr. locations were threatened by the previously mentioned health violations, including those who became sick with COVID-19 while at Pangea's work facilities.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
