1. Employees were exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19 because the employer does not have effective procedures and policies in place. Employees who are tested-positive for COVID, they are allowed to return to work without completing their quarantine period. Other employees who work in close proximity, are not informed of their possible exposure to COVID-19. 2. Employees were exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19 because EVS Staff members are instructed to not clean/disinfect high-touched surface areas such as machines. They are told to use Windex instead because the disinfecting solution can damage machines/ equipment. 3. The EVS staff members were exposed to COVID-19 because they were not provided an effective COVID-19 training in terms of wearing proper PPE and cleaning/ disinfecting their work areas.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 50
