T8 CCR 3205(c)(6)(B) Employer not providing masks. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) Employees were directed to drive together four to a truck, ignoring the social distancing during the onset of Covid. T8 CCR 3395(d)(1) Employer not ensuring employees working outdoors were provided adequate shade to accommodate number of employees on recovery or rest periods. T8 CCR 3395(d)(3) Employer is not encouraging or allowing employees to take cool down rest periods in the shade. T8 CCR 3395(c) Employees did not have sufficient amount of potable water for the amount of employees working through out duration of their shift.
