1. Exposure to COVID-19 to all FOH employees at a meeting on May 2, 2021 that was held in a non socially distanced room without wearing a face masks. 2. The staff (approximately 24) has not been properly notified about being exposed to these positive cases that were from this meeting and on another occasion no one was notified of being exposed until the employee had recovered and return to work. 3.
