An outbreak of positive COVID cases are currently happening. Mask policy is not being used or enforced Patients with confirmed COVID are restricted to stay on their unit, but are allowed to wander around the unit with other patients and employees. Employees that are experiencing symptoms are being told to continue working by employer.
