1. A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, quarantining employees, informing employees for possible exposure to the virus, employee returning to work policy, social distancing, personal protective equipment, disinfecting/sanitizing, hand sanitizer and employee training. Wellness checks (temperature or questionnaires) are not conducted. Employees are not required to wear a mask. Employees, who are living with household members who tested positive for the virus, are allowed to work with a negative test result. There is no social distancing.
