1. The college does not require students or staff to wear masks regardless of their vaccination status. 2. Numerous residential employees are under quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19 or being in close contact with someone who was COVID-19 positive. 3. Staff were not notified of the numerous positive COVID-19 cases. 4. The college maintains an in-person work order and requires staff to be onsite. 5. The Chief Pandemic Response Team Officer and President of the College addressed the entire employee body without masks and in close proximity.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
