The employer is not implementing adequate safety practices to protect its employees from the spread of SARS-CoV-2 such as, but not limited to: a. Increasing the frequency of cleaning commonly touched surfaces such as doors, counters, utensils, pens and other items handled by employees and customers. b. Neither employees nor customers are required to wear face coverings. c. Employees working behind the counter are not required or given the opportunity to social distance from other employees. d. The employer is not screening employees for COVID-19 symptoms and is not taking temperatures as employees come to work.
