Complaint alleges MTA TBTA is not complying with its own exposure policy. The agency policy is that any memeber potentially exposed is to be tested wthin 48-72 hours. The agency has refused to acknowledge most of these COVID 10 related exposures as such. Despite issuing directives to stay home from home, due to potential exposure, no member has been tested byt he agency. Furthermore, under the General Duty Clause, the employer has to ensure a safe working environment for its employees. The employer, in most cases has failed to do so by not informing members that have been in contact with a known positive COVID 19 member of their possible expsure, despite all guidelines directig them to do so.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-05
