1. Employees are experiencing ringing in their ears when they leave work and shout to be heard by coworkers in the workplace due to the loud noise levels in the warehouse. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to maintain a minimum six (6) feet of separation between employees in the workplace.
