Hazard Description: Employee concerns over recent COVID-19 outbreak at workplace. Employee alleges several employees contracted COVID-19 at work after an employee was permitted to come to work the day after they had a fever. The employee in question returned to work on April 12, 2021 after allegedly having symptoms of COVID-19 to include a fever on April 11, 2021. Employee alleges the employer conducted a shift meeting on April 12, 2021 and employees wore masks but were not advised or required to socially distance six feet or more while attending this meeting in the same room. Employee concerns raised about cleaning procedures prior to outbreak. Employee reports that they do not believe the employer has health officers who are responsible for ensuring COVID-19 protocols are met. Employee has concerns as to whether or not proper contact tracing was conducted by the employer. Employee is unsure if employer documented illness on 300 logs.
