1. There is a lack of protocol addressing the COVID outbreak and providing an employee temperature check and log station. 2. There are at least 6 employees have been diagnosed as COVID positive. 3. Quick tests were provided to employees on April 24th and employees who tested positive were told not to release their results. Livingston County Health Department said that exposure to this number of people should result in a 10-day quarantine and 14-day monitoring for symptoms. 4. Employees were asked to return to the store to clean the work environment. 5. Proper spacing and social distancing have not been provided.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
