Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, NJ Department of Health, 59 Koch Avenue, MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, 07950, USA

4 years ago business

59 Koch Avenue, Morris Plains, 07950 New Jersey, United States

Employees were told that cloth masks are not sufficient and must wear a surgical mask. Supervisors distribute 1 mask for each employee every 15 days. Surgical masks should not be reused but we are not getting a mask per day. Most of us are buying our own surgical or NK95 masks. When we ask for another mask, we must prove that the mask is soiled or broken. 6 feet distance is not being maintained and even classrooms for employee training are packed with employees. There is currently an outbreak of covid in 2 units.

Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 100
