T8CCR 3205C - Employer is not enforcing the COVID-19 prevention protocol such as facial covering being properly worn at all times and maintaining social distancing. Employer is not notifying employees of positive cases at the job site. Employer is not providing testing for employees that have been in close contact with someone that has tested positive. Employees are to get their own test and request for reimbursement, but employees have to pay out of pocket first. Customer waiting room in the service department gets crowded with more that 10 people but there is no one enforcing social distancing. Employer is not disinfecting high touch areas through out the day. Shared equipment is not being disinfected. T8CCR 3362g - One of the two restrooms have been shut down and the second restroom has a strong mildew odor for months.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 1
