1. COVID violation - a. Filing delayed because of positive COVID Test, employer refuse to test crew member for COVID testing. One out of the three positive COVID test was reported to the crew. No proper COVID testing. California Code of Regulations, Title 8, 3205 (2)(H) - Identification and evaluation of COVID-19 hazards. b. Unvaccinated children onsite (approx. 9 years old and star of show - but have guest kids on site as well). California Code of Regulations, Title 8, 3205 (2)(F) - Identification and evaluation of COVID-19 hazards. 2. No hand washing stations. Not enough supplying with sanitation sprays and PPE supply (such as mask and gloves, sprays, disinfecting sprays. Employer is supplying water bottles in a cooler. But do not have hand sanitation by the cooler. a. California Code of Regulations, Title 8, 3205 (7)(0) : Personal Protective Equipment 3. No pumping bathrooms in the trailers for about a month. a. California Code of Regulations, Title 8, 3364(b) - Sanitary Facilities 4. Having production assistant do transportation department duties such as clean the trailers out. Refer to the department of labor enforcement 5. No COVID cleaning after (dunk tanks filled with hose water). Dumping people in the water and not cleaning it out. There is no chlorine in the water. California Code of Regulations, Title 8, 3362 (a) - General Requirements 6. Filing outside in 100 degree weather (filming outside since June 21, 2021- approx. 7/31/2021).
