1) Admissions area of Emergency Room Heart Center - On 1/9/21, an angry patient started fighting and got behind the desk where three employees were working. A door is not present for employees to exit this area. 2) Admissions area of Emergency Room Heart Center - On 3/4/21, during COVID-19 screening a visitor got angry and broke a piece of Plexiglas producing a sharp edge. The visitor was screaming and verbally abusing the staff. 3) Emergency Room Code room - The temperature is too high for employees to work.

A ring I did not order came to me I believe in place of the MANY items I ordered through Pandeous. It’s a scam. I emailed them and they did respond I got a response back on my package. Items originally order 5/13/24. Today is 6/23/24.
