1. The employer was well aware that there were three (3) confirmed cases of Coronavirus but those staff with close contact were never formally notified and all church activities were kept open. The staff alone has at least ten (10) cases. Many employees have had direct contact (i.e., 15-minutes or longer) with infected staff members. Several staff that initially tested negative have now tested positive. The staff demanded that the preschool be closed but management decided to keep it open until the fundraiser was finished. The preschool closed but none of the parents were informed of the positive cases. 2. The preschool director and many of the staff do not wear masks during teaching time and are told by the director as long as she does not see it employees can do what they want. 3.
