Employees are potentially exposed to contracting the COVID-19 virus. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Management and employees do not wear their face masks in the office potentially exposing employees to contracting the COVID-19 virus.
