Proper supplies are not given for the employees to clean or sanitize the environments. Employer is having employees dump bleach like substance on surface areas in the COVID units. Improper sized masks given to employees. PPE is not provided to employees. Employees have been given no training or guidance on cleaning COVID units. These units are not being cleaned routinely. Employees are being made to monitor and sit with COVID-19 positive patients for 4-5 hours. Employer is not providing hand sanitizer that has at least 70% alcohol. COVID-19 positive patients are being brought into the facility on a regular basis, employees were not warned of this.
