Hazard Description: Alleged that employees are not required to wear masks when in the presence of others to include while car pooling, eating lunch, and completing tasks at worksite. Alleged that lifts at site are unsafe and harnesses are not required when employees utilize them. Alleged that employer expects employees to work on roofs without fall protection and required/appropriate fall protection is not discussed prior to each roofing job. Alleged that employer recently conducted inadequate fall protection training because the person conducting the training was not a Competent Person. Alleged that employer does not provide personal protective equipment and expects employees to work with fiberglass without protective gear. Alleged that employer does not have a respiratory protection program. Alleged that employer has employees cutting hardy board without respiratory protection or vacuum integration system.
