1. T8 CCR § 3317(a) - Overhead lights on the ceiling are too bright like flashlights. 2. T8 CCR § 5110(b)(2) - Office chairs are wobbly and broken, have not been fixed or replaced for over two years. Almost no support and some of them do not lock in place. Complainant's body posture has gotten worse and starting to have lower back issues as a result. 3. T8 CCR § 5142 - Air quality is terrible. Windows do not open and there is no access to fresh air.
