1. Ladders are unstable and just bent back into place after they are damaged. Employees have fallen from the ladders. 2. Employees will climb up the racks and shelving units. 3. Fire exits are blocked with skids and not easily movable. 4. No hazard communication program, training and safety data sheets. 5. Lack of training if a fire occurred- the videos showed but would not apply to the warehouse if it happened, because of blocked exits and lack of knowledge on what to do if this occurred. 6. Items have fallen from overhead when someone is putting something away in an adjacent isles. There is nothing stopping items from being pushed through. 7.
