The casino is not limiting the amount of guests allowed inside the building during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Security team stated that they do not have a directive from management on a limit. There is minimal mask enforcement, and little to no social distancing. Management has promised to install more barriers between the machines, yet it has not been done. Management provides cleaning chemicals for employees to use on the machines, but employees do not have training on the proper use of these chemicals, access to safety data sheets and PPE to protect themselves from the chemicals. Employees who use these cleaning chemicals do not know the locations of the eye wash stations. Some emergency exit signs are not illuminated.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 15
