1. No hand sanitizer. 2. No bacterial wipes. 3. No face masks for employees. 4. No cleaning supplies. 5. Workstation/people work elbow to elbow. 6. Keyboard to clock in/out has no cleaning supplies to clean after other use it. 7. The computer work station /area has no cleaning supplies after a person uses for work. 8. The forklift is not wiped down after another person uses it. 9. The entrance to the job is a big metal gate that everyone touches that is not cleaned. 10. There is a bathroom next to a work area that is not cleaned.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
