VDH has received at least 2 voicemails stating that there are numerous COVID positive employees and employees are coming to work after exposure/symptoms/positive tests. Both voicemails stated that a supervisor supposedly started the 'chain' of events when her husband tested positive and she came to work, then served a potluck to everyone. Both voicemails also stated that there is no enforcement of masks and that workers are scared to come into work. One voicemail mentioned around 10 positive cases currently.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 20
