1. The employer does not ensure that Registered Nurses are fitted for the respirators they are required to wear as part of their job function and that such properly fitted respirators are available where needed. The employer has not implemented any measure to address use of respirators with straps that break or cause skin damage during use. 2. The employer does not provide a full complement of PPE to Registered Nurses in the Emergency Department and other areas. Faceshields /visors are routinely locked up and unavailable for use when needed. 3. Registered Nurses float from COVID units to non-COVID units wearing contaminated PPE such as respirators, which practice can propagate SARS- CoV2 infection in non-COVID units. 4. In the Emergency Department and other areas the employer has not provided isolation rooms that function as intended, with proper pressure relationships, in part due to the lack of permanent or temporary anterooms. 5. The employer has failed to provide unredacted copies of 2020 and 2019 OSHA 300 logs to an authorized employee representative.Alleged Hazards: 5, Employees Exposed: 100
