1) The employer is not providing a bathroom in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.141 including an operational toilet and sink for handwashing for cashier employees. The downstairs basement bathroom has not been working for at least 6 months. Employees have been using a bucket to go to the bathroom and there is not facility for employees to safely wash there hands to prevent contamination of COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 4
