1. They recently combined shifts with no social distancing whatsoever. 2. They do not wear masks in the front office. 3. Certain individuals do not wear masks on the floor. Nobody on the hang line or pack line is required to wear their mask above their nose. 4. There are electrical panels open exposing shock hazards in the maintenance department. 5. There are rigged up extension cords that run through walkways that are trip hazards. 6. Employer doesn't enforce proper PPE. 7. Dust everywhere from cleaning up paint is a health hazard for employees on the hang line. 8. They store hazardous chemicals that if mixed creates a poisonous gas side by side in the maintenance department - Stage 6. 9. The break room always smells like feces. 10.
