T8CCR 3650(e) - Complainant states two Yale Turret trucks at the facility are unsafe and the seating on the units are bad and falling apart. The employer has a 5 gallon bucket propping up the seats for employee's to use. The condition is a safety hazard for all employee's who use or work around equipment. T8CCR 3205 - Complainant states only one of the six hand sanitizing stations have had sanitizer at the facility. The only hand sanitizing station that is filled is near the tool room. The others never get refilled and this has been the case since COVID-19 pandemic began. T8CCR 3362(a), (g), T8CCR 3273(a) - Water from the roof leaks in the hall near the main high voltage and water supply which is creating a hazrd. There is a noticeable bubble on the roof. Water from the roof also leaks in the QC lab where it should be temperature controlled. The condition is so bad that the inspector is surrounded by buckets to catch the water. Water from the roof also leaks in the warehouse and all corridors. When it rains the forklifts are sliding around which creates a hazard for employee's and pedestrians. T8CCR 2340.11(a) - There are water leaks througout the entire facility and it can be seen in the light fixtures around the building which creates an electrical hazard to employee's. You can see the water marks and some won't turn on due to all the water accumulation. Maintenance does not repair them and does a poor job at making repairs. This is a major electrical hazard throught the entire facility.Alleged Hazards: 4, Employees Exposed: 1
