1. Employees are presenting COVID-19 symptoms and employer is not enforcing CDC Guidance procedures. As a result, employees have subsequently tested COVID-19 positive, continued working and potentially exposed other employees to the virus. 2. CDC COVID-19 guidelines and procedures are not being followed following COVID-19 exposures and employees are not required to quarantine. Employees showing signs and symptoms of COVID-19 are allowed to continue working at the establishment while awaiting test results potentially exposing other employees/workers to COVID-19.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 20
