1. T8 CCR § 3203(a)(7) - Only three licensed personnel on staff, only one working at a time. All other employees have no lab experience. 2. T8 CCR § 3366(d) and (e) - Hand soap and paper towels are not always available. 3. T8 CCR § 5141 - Decontamination room, size of closet, had 3-4 employees working in it simultaneously. Alcohol fumes were very strong as test tubes were cleaned in a large open bin of alcohol. 4. T8 CCR § 5193(d)(4)(A) - Eye protection not provided. 5. T8 CCR § 5193(d)(4)(I) - Lab coats not provided to all employees working at hoods, pulling swabs from COVID-19 test tubes. 6. T8 CCR § 5545(a) - Not enough room I fire proof cabinets to store all the alcohol.Alleged Hazards: 6, Employees Exposed: 9
