The employer is not following recommended practices to protect employees from SARS-CoV-2, the virus which causes COVID-19. Alleged hazards including not following recommended practices such as, but not limited to the following: 1. Quarantining employees with symptoms of COVID-19 or those who been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. 2. Social distancing requirements in the break areas. 3. Ensuring that sanitization of common surfaces and barriers is being completed regularly. 4. Ensuring that employees are being effectively screened to ensure that employees with symptoms are not bringing the virus in the work area. 5. Sanitizing work areas where an employee that has tested positive worked. 6. Ensuring that Attendance Policies do not discriminate against employees for missing time due to COVID or receiving a test for COVID-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-23
