1. There are no mask mandates around the shop, no taking temperatures, and no hand sanitizing stations. 2. The yellow forklift is leaking propane, hydraulic fluid, trans fluid and there is no audible warning device. 3. Employees who operate scissor lifts and forklifts do not have training or permit issued. 4. Employees are not using eye protection, hearing protection, or hard hats in the shop 5. Slips and trips hazards all over particularly, at there lube area by door 6 there is a ton of oil and oil dry spilled all over the place. 6. There are unlabeled totes and drums with unknown fluids in them. 7. The fluid guns at the lube racks have no labels so, you don't know which ones are oil, washer fluid or coolant until you squeeze them to figure out. 8.
