(1) A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Employer did not supply staff with N-95 or K-95 masks when employees were working in areas placed under quarantine. Employees exposed to COVID-19 in the workplace, at least one employee tested positive for COVID-19.
