(1) A COVID-19 pandemic plan has not been developed and implemented for employees to include employee wellness checks, personal protective equipment, informing employees of possible exposure, employee return to work and employee training. Areas of employment are not equipped with proper personal protective equipment, such as gloves and masks. Cleaning supplies are not provided to employees for sanitation.
