Building 3 5 confirmed cased of covid19 and 4 others going to get tested. No survey or temp testing at start of shift. No vaccine requirements. Only requirement is if you test positive for Covid19 you are to call HR for their guidance. Not aware of anyone passing from covid19. Not aware of any hospitalizations as of yet on this round. 8-9 months ago there was a hospitalization.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 30
