In the surgical room turnover (SRT) Department, the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not enforcing or maintaining physical/social distancing. 2. In the SRT Department, the employer is not following CDC guidelines, to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is allowing employees who are known to test positive for COVID-19, to return to work before the recommended quarantine/Isolation period has been completed. 3.
