1. The front desk staff has not been provided with masks or enough gloves for several months now. Employees are encouraged to reuse gloves on patients and bring their own masks to work at their own expense. 2. There was also an incident where a patient that tested COVID positive was still allowed to enter the premises and continue their treatments. This patient was not required to bring a COVID negative test at any time during their several week duration of daily treatments. Employees told to provide treatment despite the patient's COVID status being positive. PPE was still not provided properly. Gloves and masks are still not being provided.
