1. An employee that called in sick with Covid-19 symptoms for four days was allowed to return to work the next day. 2. The employee was allowed to return to work until his covid-19 tested came back positive. 3. At least one supervisor knew the sick employee was getting tested. 4. The sick employee worked in a large room with tens of employees. 5. The sick employee worked in a partitioned area with several other employees at their desks. Employees were not required to wear masks when at their desks. 6.
