'- This is a dental service organization that has implemented the use of 3M N95 9010 respirators without first obtaining medical clearance and fit testing for employees, even though it has been brought to the attention of management several times. - According to the OSHA guidelines, each clinical member should be wearing gowns for aerosol creating procedures. The company has not yet provided such gowns that will adequately protect the employees. - Employees are not following required SOP such as wearing masks and face shields in the office, proper decontamination protocols, and PPE disposal.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-05-24
