Potential concern regarding implementing Center for Disease Control (CDC), Local Health Department and Cal/OSHA Guidance on Requirements to Protect Workers from Coronavirus to prevent the spread between person-to-person and close contact (within about 6 feet) and provide personal protective equipment, such as face masks, from COVID-19 at no cost to employees. Reference Title 8 CCR Sections 3203 & 3380 Potential concern with cold temperatures at the front of the store and in the refrigerated section and lack of personal protective equipment. Reference Title 8 CCR Section 3203 & 3380 Provide photos, covid procedures, face mask & ppe provided to employees (free of charge) and any other information to help satisfy this complaint letter.
