1) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards related to noise. It was reported that employees exposed to >90 dBA are not consistently provided with hearing protection. It was also reported that employees who are required to participate in a hearing conservation program do not receive annual audiograms. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.95. 2) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards related to personal protective equipment and cold stress. It was reported that employees are not required to wear appropriate PPE when working in hazardous cold conditions. Contrary to 29 CFR 1910.132. 3) Employees are potentially exposed to health hazards related to COVID-19. It was reported that employees are required to share PPE (specifically safety vests), and the shared items are not cleaned in between uses.
