1. The employer is not enforcing the mask mandate. The manager removes his mask to talk. Employees and customers are taking off their mask while in the store and the manager doesn't address the problem. 2. The music is loud, and it hinders the employee's ability to keep 6 feet of social distancing between them and the customer since they cannot hear each other over the music.
