1. The employer does not have a vermin control program. Rat droppings are visible throughout the facility including hallways and patient rooms. No initiative has been taken by the employer in order to control the vermin. 2. The sewer system backs up into the office area making the employees sick. 3. The employer does not provide adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) when employees are tasked in treating Covid-19 positive patients, often times employees are asked to re-use disposable equipment when it should be disposed of.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 8
